How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping times can vary greatly depending on location and size of parcel. Please allow 2-10 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping is the fastest option at 1-3 business days.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all residential and business addresses, PO boxes and parcel lockers in Australian Capital territories.

Bong Baron is not responsible for items purchased that do not comply with your state or countries laws. Any international items seized by customs or other law enforcement agency's will not be replaced by bong baron. Please check your local laws before purchase.

Who do you ship with?

We send with both auspost and private courier, depending on your purchase and your location. All express orders are sent auspost express.

What are my shipping options?

Standard parcel or Express post.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders over $99

Do you do same day shipping?

All orders recieved before 12pm Mon-Fri will be sent out same day. All other orders Mon-Fri are sent out within 24hrs. Orders on Sat-Sun will be sent on Monday.

Can i track my order?

Yes. Once your payment has been received and your order has been dispatched, you will be sent tracking details to the email you provided.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping starts at $9.99 for small items and goes up to $13.95 for really large items. Express will be an extra charge, please see cart page.

How discreet is your packaging?

We understand the need for discreetion and our packaging will have no mention of bong baron or any branding. No informtion regarding the contents of your order will be visible on your packaging.

Can i opt to leave order in safe place on premises?

Yes your order will be left at a safe place. Unless your order contains 18+ items like tobacco, these orders need to be signed for. If no one is home order will be dropped at post office or scheduled for re delivery.

Ive accidently ordered to the wrong address, can i change it?

Once orders have been shipped we cannot change delivery address. If the order ends up returned to us, we can re send it for you but you will have to pay for shipping again. Any orders lost due to incorrect shipping address are not the responsibilty of bong baron.

If you email us immediately we might be able to change it for you if your order has not been shipped. This cannot be guaranteed though as we do not check emails constantly and your order may still get shipped before we read your email.

What happens if im not home when my order is delivered?

If your not home when your order is delivered it will be either left in safe place if available otherwise it will be sent back to auspost for collection or scheduled fo re delivery. You will be left a card with details on how to collect your packages. Any packages that are returned to us becuase you failed to pick them up from the post office will only be resent when postage is paid again.

Can i cancel my order?

We dispatch orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. We cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched. If you contact us immediately and before dispatch, we may be able to cancel your order, but this cannot be gauranteed.

I received the wrong item or item was missing?

Contact us and we will pay for return and re shipping.

What is your returns policy?

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Please take note of all sizes before purchase, we are not responsible if an item is smaller then you expected. Ensure you inspect carefully your order for any damages or missing items before use. We will not replace damaged items that have been used. If you receive damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery with photo or video evidence and we will get back to you ASAP. The cost for returning or resending incorrect or broken items will be covered by The Bong Baron. If you do not contact us within 48hrs with photo or video evidence of wrong or broken items, we will assume your order was received correct and undamaged. We take no responsibility for items broken after delivery or while opening the package.

Can i make changes to my order?

If your order has not be dispatched, you may be able to make changes to your order such as adding or removing products. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Contact us and we will do our best to help you. No change can be made after dispatch.
