Refund Policy – The Bong Baron
At The Bong Baron, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and good vibes all round. While we don’t offer change-of-mind returns, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement if your item arrives broken or unusable.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be damaged, broken, or unusable on arrival. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue. Please email your claim to admin@bongbaron.com.au
Claims received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible. Evidence is required in all cases. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or replaced with a new item, at your discretion.
We take pride in packing everything safely and securely, but if something does go wrong, we’ll sort it out fast.
